Full or interim: which one?
A full service is the thorough yearly visit: the engine oil and filters are changed, fluids are checked and topped up, the brakes and suspension are inspected, and the whole car gets a multi-point health check.
An interim service keeps things in shape between full services: an oil and filter change with the essential safety checks. It suits drivers who cover a lot of miles, usually about six months after the full service.

Why service regularly?
Fresh oil and filters protect the engine, and regular checks catch worn brakes, tyres and leaks early, before they turn into bigger bills or an MOT fail. A full service history also helps when you come to sell the car.

How much does a service cost?

How often should my car be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a full service every year or at a set mileage, whichever comes first. Your service book or handbook has the exact schedule for your car.
What's the difference between a full and an interim service?
An interim service is an oil and filter change with the essential safety checks, usually done between full services. A full service goes further: more filters, fluids, the brakes and suspension, and a multi-point health check of the whole car.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?

How long does a service take?
About an hour and a half for an interim service, and two hours for a full service or an MOT and full service together.
Can I book my MOT and service together?
Yes. Choose MOT + Full Service when you book online and we'll do both in one visit. The MOT is £40 for a car (£50 for a van), and we'll quote for the service.
